Terms of Service

Welcome. By installing or using the Redrip extension or the redrip.app website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

— 1. Service description

Redrip is a Chrome extension (and compatible Chromium browsers) that automates certain tasks on the Vinted and Leboncoin platforms: relisting items, publishing Vinted listings on Leboncoin, syncing sales between the two platforms, automatic replies to messages, managing offers to favoriters, follower management and statistics.

The extension works only with your personal Vinted and Leboncoin accounts, via your browser's session cookies. No password is required.

— 2. Access to the service

The Redrip extension is provided free of charge via the Chrome Web Store. Access to the features offered to date is free.

Advanced features and extended limits may be offered later. The access conditions for these features will be communicated before any rollout.

— 3. Eligibility conditions

To use Redrip, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country)
• Have an active Vinted account compliant with their terms
• Use a Chrome, Brave, Edge or Arc browser

— 4. User commitment

You agree to:

• Use Redrip fairly and in accordance with Vinted's terms
• Not attempt to resell, modify, disassemble or decompile the extension
• Not use Redrip for spam, fraud, or any abuse
• Respect the natural delays and pacing recommended by default
• Keep your OpenAI key secure (if used)

— 5. Limitations & liability

Vinted may change its rules

Redrip uses Vinted's public APIs accessible via the browser. Vinted UAB may at any time modify its APIs, its terms, or take action against accounts using third-party tools. We cannot guarantee the availability or continuity of the service.

Warranties

The service is provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will be bug-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of Vinted or your browser.

Liability

Our liability is strictly limited. We cannot be held responsible for:

• The suspension or closure of your Vinted account
• Loss of revenue related to the use of Redrip
• Malfunctions caused by changes on Vinted's side

— 6. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Redrip in the event of:

• Violation of these terms
• Abuse (spam, fraud, circumventing technical limits)
• Repeated payment failure (Pro)
• Legal request or court decision

— 7. Intellectual property

The Redrip extension, its code, its design, its brand and its content are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

You retain ownership of your data (Vinted items, conversations, etc.) processed locally by the extension.

— 8. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email to Pro users and published on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.

— 9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting an amicable resolution via hello@redrip.app, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
