The wholesalers listed here sell boxes priced per item, bundles by the kilo, or bales. For the boxes and bales where a per-item price can be worked out, each item costs between €4 and €13. Buying takes a single order. Selling through a bundle takes weeks, and that is where the margin is made or lost.
Before you order: your legal status
Buying clothes in order to resell them is a commercial activity, not clearing out your wardrobe. Vinted says so plainly in its guide for professional sellers: “Any professional must register as a Pro seller”, and the platform can block access to an account that fails to do so. Vinted Pro is available in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
In practice, you need to be registered as a business in your country and to have terms of sale that state your registration number. Our guides cover switching to Vinted Pro, the French auto-entrepreneur status and the French VAT exemption threshold.
Your status matters to suppliers too: TAGZ offers a PRO account with a SIRET and VAT number, United Vintage publishes separate terms of sale for private individuals and businesses, Pawpick Vintage also sells to private individuals who resell, and DO RAG states that it sells to businesses only.
Boxes, kilos, bales: understanding the formats
The per-item box. A fixed number of items from the same category or the same brand. It is the most transparent format: you know the unit cost before you order.
The bundle by the kilo. A 10 kg mix, a 25 kg bag. Usually cheaper per item, but the number of items depends on the category: 10 kg of T-shirts is nothing like 10 kg of jackets.
The bale. A compressed bundle of 50 to 150 items depending on the category at TAGZ. It is the format for resellers who work in volume.
Grades. Grade A means items ready to resell; grade B means items with flaws or wear. At every supplier listed here, brands, sizes and colours vary with each delivery: unless stated otherwise, nothing is guaranteed item by item.

Working out your real cost per item
The listed price per item is not your cost. The right calculation:
(bundle price + shipping costs) ÷ number of items you can actually sell
Take the bundle of 100 sweaters at €400: if 10 items turn out to be unsellable (stains, holes, sizes that don't move), the cost rises from €4.00 to €4.44 per item, before shipping. With a bundle sold by the kilo, count the items when it arrives: it is the only way to know your cost.
For your selling price, go by comparable items that have already sold, not by listings that are sitting unsold. Our guide to pricing on Vinted explains the method. Be wary of promises that you can resell at “three times the purchase price”: United Vintage itself points out that this depends on the items, the category and market prices.
The real bottleneck: selling 100 items
The box arrives. It holds 100 items, which means 100 listings to photograph, write and publish. Then comes the slowest part: on Vinted, a listing loses visibility within a few days as newer listings push it down. Without relisting, half the bundle sits at the bottom of the catalogue while you buy the next one.
That is the job Redrip does, a Chrome extension for Vinted and Leboncoin. Applied to a wholesale bundle:
- Bulk or autopilot relisting: all 100 listings move back up the search results regularly, at a moderate pace, without eating up your evenings. See how to relist on Vinted.
- Offers to users who favourited: items from a bundle collect favourites without a purchase. An offer sent at the right moment turns those favourites into sales.
- Bulk transfer to Leboncoin: you tick the items and they are copied to Leboncoin, the French classifieds platform, which reaches a different audience, so you can also sell on the French market. Leboncoin drafts can be scheduled, with a start time and a delay between each listing. See transferring your Vinted listings to Leboncoin.
- Replies to buyers in 9 languages and one-click shipping labels: questions and shipments keep pace with your stock.
The free plan includes 50 relists per month and unlimited Vinted accounts. To turn over a 100-item bundle, paid plans start at €7 per month for 1,000 relists, the price of one or two sweaters from the bundle.
Checklist before your first purchase
- Start small. A 10 kg bag or a box of a few dozen items tells you more about a supplier's quality than any sales page.
- Pick a category you know. You will be able to spot a good item and price it.
- Read the terms: grade, returns policy, shipping costs, terms for private individuals or businesses.
- Sort out your status before you list, not after the first warning.
- Get your workflow ready: a photo corner, a description template. Our photo guide and our title rules save time across 100 listings.
- Plan for two channels from the start. The same stock on Vinted and on Leboncoin, the French classifieds platform, means more buyers for the French market without spending an extra euro on stock. See multi-listing.
Redrip installs in a minute, no credit card required: relisting, offers to users who favourited and transfer to Leboncoin. Install from the Chrome Web Store.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I find a French vintage clothing supplier to resell on Vinted?
From second-hand wholesalers that sell to resellers in per-item boxes, by the kilo or in bales. Among the French wholesalers listed here, Eureka Fripe, French Pick, Friptadium, La Providence Wholesale, Pawpick Vintage, Place Wholesale, TAGZ and United Vintage sell through their website; DO RAG sells to businesses on request. Most of them ship to other European countries: check each one's delivery area. Start with a small format to judge the quality before buying in volume.
Can a private individual buy from a vintage clothing wholesaler?
Some sites do not explicitly rule it out, but buying to resell is a commercial activity. On Vinted, any professional must register as a Pro seller. Check the wholesaler's terms of sale and your own status before your first order.
How many items are in a 10 kg bundle?
It depends on the category: 10 kg of T-shirts holds far more items than 10 kg of jackets or jeans. Wholesalers often sell by weight without guaranteeing a number of items. If you want to know your unit cost in advance, choose a box or a bale sold per item.
Which grade should I choose to resell on Vinted?
Grade A means items ready to resell; grade B means items with flaws or visible wear. Grade B costs less, but part of the bundle may be unsellable: factor it into your cost per item.
Information collected on October 13, 2026 from the websites of the suppliers mentioned and, for DO RAG, from its public profile. Figures claimed by suppliers (orders, sales) are their own statements.
