Pro tips

Hung vs. worn

Hanger = simple but less engaging. Worn = shows the fit (but exposes your face). Mannequin = pro compromise.

Iron before shooting

Wrinkled item = "not cared for". 5 min ironing = +50% conversion.

Minimal retouching

Brightness +10%, balanced exposure. No Insta filters. No distorted colors.

Free tools

Snapseed mobile basic retouching, Remove.bg cut-out, VSCO neutral presets.

Mistakes to avoid

Blurry photos, item on the floor, direct flash, multiple items in the same shot, photo downloaded from the web (counterfeit suspected).
